The apartments are almost soundproof, garbage collection is prompt, the building inhabitants are cheerful and friendly. Animals are enjoyable especially since they are not mine to walk and care for I get to pet and discuss.

I would not recommend unit 335. I can hear my neighbor in unit 333 talking, her sneezes, laughs, as well as all activity in her bedroom. There is zero insulation between my bedroom and hers. I noted this in my Fall survey and was not contacted then.
