Parking is poor. The gym is very small and lacks adequate equipment for number of users.

Close to the Domain and offices surrounding so convenient for shops and work. Close to train for going downtown. Train can be annoying but on the whole useful.

I'd recommend the community has a great location and the pool area is good. The appliances are very old considering that this is a new property. For example - the vent, the dishwasher, washer/dryer are just not new and could be much better.

Rent is too much , considering we are paying for valet trash, street lights and aum billing. We can do away with couple of bills that make these already seemingly extravagant rent as unreal

I would warn about pricing.

We research our comparable competitors on a weekly basis and factor in things such as supply and demand so our pricing model can then generate prices that are in line with the market. While we may be higher priced than some of our competitors, we hope we provide value for you.
