The complex is safe and nice. I appreciate the fob entries into the building. The main pool is a great attraction. Great location within walking distance to Top Golf and the Domain.

I do not believe the apartments are worth the price. For a luxury apartment there are a few items that I believe fall short:the gym is worn, the pool furniture looks like it hasn't been replaced or cared for in a few years, and the landscaping is overgrown and looks sloppy. I have had a few friends that have made comments on landscaping, which is never a good sign.

I would not recommend while construction is ongoing. It's a hinderence almost every single day.

I would recommend this apartment however the valet disposal service is very disappointing. No consistency on timing and they pick and choose at random what they will take with regards to recyclables.

I love the place but the trains...OMG. That part is just terrible. Iâd definitely have to tell them about that part. Itâs the worst.

Train horns because road crossing not rebuilt.
No outdoor tables/seating/cooking areas except pools.
Gates/doors often broken.
Halls not routinely monitored by staff for general cleanup, etc.; garbage cans in living halls for months; stairwells and other areas not routinely cleaned.

I would and have recommended- it's been such a seamless transition from our move to Austin, the team at Addison has been nothing short but spectacular and accommodating, and work to make this a great experience for their residents.

Would not: I have mentioned to the office staff and have submitted a request for the lights in the parking lot to be fixed and it has been MONTHS. As a female coming back late at night or leaving early in the morning, it is literally pitch black. I cannot even see if parking spots are available. Additionally gates and doors are rountinely broken. And although they are fixed, they do spend more time broken than working.

We are probably the youngest people in this whole complex. For families and older couples its great but not really a sense of any community here. That's the only thing lacking.

The apartments are practically brand new and well-designed. The property is clean and modern, the management is friendly and caring. The only thing is that it's hard to find parking at night.
