The ceiling is paper thin, I can hear my neighbors walking, stomping, playing guitar, slamming any drawer or cabinet. I have complained 5 or 6 times, ( can't remember now) nothing has been done. This is the second neighbor we have had, and the same thing happened. This apt. can't be the only one that has this problem. If it is then it should be used as storage, not a home. This goes on all hours of the day and night.

We're sorry you continue to experience this noise from your upstairs neighbor, even after the multiple times we've attempted to address this for you. This nuisance is not common among many residents, but please contact the office directly and we'd be happy to relocate you to another area of the building.

Very nice community but not much around within walking distance for social life.

It's fairly quiet compared to other apartments I have lived in, extremely conventions location-I can walk to work and everything else is a 15min drive.

I think rent is too high for the noise you have to deal with. I think that overall it's not the friendliest apartment complex despite how friendly I try to be.

This was a beautiful and well-maintained community with plenty of amazing amenities, especially the fitness centers. The apartments were quite spacious and offered some nice features including gas stoves. The leasing professioanl was very pleasant and professional and made me feel valued.
