My husband and I moved in on April 6, 2015, and we absolutely love our new home! Upon my first visit to look at the property, the office staff was and has still been outstanding. Drew, Barbara, Christina, and Rachel have been wonderful in every single encounter I have had with them. I've also had 3 maintenance work orders completed by Angelo, and he is THE BEST! All of the staff has made our short time here so far the BEST I've experienced in apartment living! Thank you!!!!

For "luxury" apartment and price, bathroom floors should be tile. The cabinets are of poor quality and need to be replaced. They chip and it looks awful. Overall, I really enjoy living here. The amenities are good and the staff is excellent.

Mira Bella is a great place to live overall. Management and maintenance are great. The issue is that the people who are now starting to move in. I know that they are screened, but there are so many that I question. I've had neighbors with loud music, and management does nothing about it, especially controlling the kids that just run crazy all over the place. Need more cleaning staff. Trash collection on weekends, please close lids afterwards.

Personally, I've been working in luxury communites abroad before and I am surprised with Mira Bella's staff. They are really nice and helpful. Although, we have been having some problems with the stepping (stomping or jumping) of neighbors upstairs. They become quiet about it usually, but sometimes they forget they are living in apartments and keep throwing stuff really hard. It's a difficult issue for the staff to deal with, but I'm expecting a baby and don't want the baby to wake up from this sound in the future.

This is my second time living in Mira Bella. I moved to Japan for 3 years, then moved back to Mira Bella. The courtyards add to the privacy of the community, making us feel secure and relaxed. The courtyards also provide shade on sunny days, keeping the property cool. That is my favorite part of the community. The staff is very courteous and attentive. Christina is very professional and responds quickly to my questions. The only thing I would change or add is a play area or room for the kids.

Wonderful, well-sized apartments. Windows need updating to energy efficient models, same with appliances. Water pressure very low when showering, but liveable. Wonderful staff!
