Not unless upkeep is vastly improved.

The maintenance staff are my favorite. Often I find it easier talking to them in person versus submitting a work request online. In the past, I've had to wait quite a while for maintenance.

Please put dog poop bags back and hold residents accountable who don’t pick up after their dogs.

Although we are having a great experience with this apartment complex, most of our friends and families could not afford to live here.

I just recommended this community to my friend, Dawn, who is moving in in June!

I would recommend these apartments to anyone as the staff are like family they listen help and check on you the grounds are awesome and beautiful

Great location, love the unit.

The property is dirty and not taken care of well. There is dog feces surrounding the apartment complex, the elevators are dirty and don’t often work and the floor of the hallways are never clean. I am waiting for my lease to expire to move out.

Very expensive, does not reflect market value compared to tangible value

I might recommend the apartment complex for the value. However, I will let them aware of the constant false building alarms. I have to say that they have been reduced but they still happened.

I feel that the condition of the community has gone downhill since I moved in. The hallways and especially the stairwells/garage are extremely dirty. The door in the stairwell near our apartment has been stuck open for months and anybody could walk in from outside. Since the start of the pandemic, the trash valet service has become unnecessarily selective about what they will pick up and like to impose arbitrary rules about a service that I have no choice but to pay for, even though I live right next to the trash chute. Essentially, I am not sure that living in Mira Bella is worth the luxury price tag anymore.

Staff is great!

I would recommend if the amenities that rise the cost up actually worked or were available. The new furniture is very unwelcoming! Looks like a college apartment complex now.
