The community is dated and has visible unattractive rust on stairways. The apartments are spacious. The leasing staff appears aloof and distant. The leasing staff does not sell the property well and may not provide you with details about the apartment features or community amenities.

I think that the community was nice. The amenities and some of the services that were offered, like the removal of the trash from the front door were very appealing. However, honestly the price that was offered would be my primary reason for choosing this apartment.

This is a great community, with comfortable apartments. I would have no problems living here.

The location was clean and well kept. I did not see any debris on the grounds and all of the amenities on the property looked like new. The landscaping was well manicured and the office was inviting. There was no odor in the office and the clubroom was relaxing.

The property was located in a congested area but off a side street. It had good access to shopping, entertainment, parks, recreation and main roads as well as public transportation. It was a large property with good walking areas as well as adjacent to walking trails. It was well maintained and being upgraded with newly constructed larger balconies and new staircases on the exterior. Future upgrades were scheduled. It appeared homey, welcoming and pleasant. It was an older property with large trees and mature landscaping.

The agent did a good job in showing the community. The apartment and the amenities were in good repair and very clean.

I would definitely consider this community to live in. The amenities are very favorable and well thought out to meet varying personal needs. The layout and landscaping is welcoming and family oriented. I would consider this property based on what it looks like and the brochures. The agent was lacking in getting to know me. There was no persuasion, on the part of the sales representative to lease.

This community had a lot of amenities to offer the residents. I liked the layout of the two bedroom apartment that I saw. I would consider calling this property my home.
