Thank you for your review! We agree that the neighborhood has a great location! Centreville is an amazing place to live with restaurants, movies, shopping, parks, etc! Our community also has a large dog park, pools, tennis, gym, basketball, volleyball, racquetball, car wash, cyber cafe and a new yoga center! We love it here! Please let us know if you need anything! Location is good; there are community perks, and overall experience has been good. But the huge increases in rent (especially when renewing for first time) would make me a bit more hesitant to recommend.

I would recommend this apartment for a short stay. It is too old ( cabinets, floors, fixtures) and needs to be updated.

I would not recommend anyone here till I feel a difference that I'm valued resident. My biggest concern is on maintenance which takes unknown period of time to be resolved.

The community offers a great deal for an amazing price! The amount of space you get coupled with the amenities and location, is perfect for anyone looking in that area. The community would probably get higher ratings if more apartments were renovated and offered the same features, such as the hardwood floors and microwaves in the kitchen.
