I am very unhappy about the outside area of my building 13692 Bent Tree Circle . Always looks so dirty . i don't know if you have a cleaning people that can take care it . Thanks

Mostly it is all right. The staff there st leasing office is not professional and respectful. They don't help much. Have you waiting long and answer phone in disturbed manner.

Many of our neighbors leave their trash out at any hour outside of the provided containers. They park their 2 wheeled vehicles where they want which includes their ground level porch. They smoke weed right outsidethe building without a care. They peave their children outside without direct supervision and they are left to stay out of the way, or inthe way some of the time, of cars. Said cars are half the time driving 10-15 mph over the 10mph limit in the lots. I'm suprised there haven't been more accidents or notices about such things.

I personally would not recommend the neighborhood simply because of the prices of the apartments, even with the "upgrades" to me, its over priced. Not to mention the amenity fee is ridiculously high and at times lack of visitor parking.

I would only recommend if someone is looking for something low cost, because Bent Tree is low cost compared to other places in Northern Virginia, but you get what you pay for.

The community is clean and well maintained. The staff was nice, friendly and very professional. The apartment and amenities viewed were all very nice looking and well maintained.

They have a large pet limitation on certain dogs, based on breed and weight. The community is in a nice area.

As a real customer coming to the community, I would have definitely been impressed. The rent was very well priced, and the amenities were top notch.

This community is in a good location. The bedrooms are large. They do have a move-in special.

This was a very neat community that was conveniently located off 66. There were renovated apartments with nice features. The service was pleasant. I would recommend this community for someone working in the area.

I would tell them its a you get what you pay for type of thing.

They are not serious on taking care of maintenance, I have requested.
