If the apts were carpeted, I would very likely.

I really am disappointed with the front office inexperience and bad representation of Lincoln Property. I hope you fix this as Bent Tree itself is in a central location, decent size apartment and mature trees and landscaping. Pool area beautiful. That said, it is hard for anyone to deal with the incorrect billings every 4 months and talk to incompetent walls. I think a little upkeep and update to my apartment at least one time in 12 years would be nice and clean carpet promotes a sense of loyalty to your loyal tenant. In the long run, this is cheaper and easier than have bad reviews and constant change of tenants.

Based on my visit, the leasing professional related the home to my needs and interests. The way the community amenities were presented, I would undoubtedly recommend this apartment community to family and friends.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The community was free of litter and landscaped nicely. The had great parking options, however none were attached garages. The community has a ton of amenities, including a car wash, grilling stations, indoor racquetball court, swimming pool, fitness center and many more. The pricing was quite competitive for all that they offer.
