I love my apartment and I also love how pet-friendly everyone is. I also think bringing the food trucks in was an excellent idea. Unfortunately I work Thursday nights so I was only able to partake several times so maybe it would be good if the nights rotated.

SEE EVERY DAY SO DIRTY OUTSIDE OF MY BUILDING REALLY HATE IT . ALSO THE PEOPLE FROM THE SECOND FLOOR MAKING A LOT NOISES IN SPECIAL AT NIGHT TIME . I AM REALLY UNHAPPY WITH THOSE THING.

I would be hesitant because of the amount I can hear my neighbors and the overall price including all the additional fees. I've mentioned this a few times, even for the benefit of future tennanta but I'm not sure anything has changed.

Rent is too expensive and the neighborhood kids key peoples cars. Front office staff refuses to do anything about it.

I love the way the unit is laid out and the price is perfect. The community is really nice and for the most part, our neighbors are quiet and pleasant. The racquetball court is awesome and I can't wait to use the pool as well.

You need to know what you are getting into. What I mean by this is - you get great value with the apartment amenities and space for the rent. However, because of the lower rent of this apartment complex, it attracts some "unsavory" tenants. Unfortunately, because of the tenants I do not feel comfortable living here, and therefore, will be looking elsewhere when my lease is up.

Its a nice community a little expensive but the appartments are spacious. I have recommended my mother as well as my wife's grandparents.

The parking is horrible, maintenance or whoever never leaves notice when they've been in your home. Smoking on premises is horrible in your home if you don't smoke or have asthma or breathing problem don't chance it by having a neighbor that does and it ends up all through your house
