I thought the community and the leasing professional were both nice.
A Place to call home
The community has a very homey and feel, the residents are friendly. Staff and maintenance are professional, friendly and accomodating. I have rented multiple apartments in the Houston area and have never had an experience with staff as I did living here. If I am in need of an apartment in the future I would definatley look here first.

The Management personnel was extremely pleasant. The community has a nice small cul-de-sac feel.
Lovely place to live
Living at Marquis on Memorial was a great experience. The staff is overly friendly and welcoming you from the time you go to look at an apartment until the time you move out. They make sure the landscaping and cleanliness is on par. The maintenance staff is efficient and repairs are done fast. There is nothing bad I can say about living here. The location is great, tucked away in a quiet and quaint neighborhood.

In LOVE with this place
I absolutely love this place. I have been here for a little over a month so far and it has been wonderful. Management is super friendly and hard working. They will bend over backwards to help you. Residents are all nice. Community is quiet and clean. Couldn't ask for a better place to live. Feels like a home more than an apartment.Â

I love the location of this complex, and the staff is friendly, and maintenance happens here. It is more expensive than I would like, but I know that is strongly linked to the location- and it is priced competitively.
