Love this property!!!!!

I have been a resident at the marquis on memorial for 2 months and I love this place. My apartment is beautiful and the property always looks so clean. The staff is very friendly and they always take good care of me. I recommend this community, its totally worth the price.

Stay away from here

I thought it looked great when I first came and I rented the apartment. The one I moved in to was completely different, with none of the "upgrades" as promised. My apartment always smells of cigarettes, when I do not smoke. I have brought this to the managers attention and she does not seem to care. The only good thing I would say is the maintenance man is very friendly and very good at his job. Now I'm stuck in a lease and can't move. Management is not good, apartment is terrible. Do not move here.

Great move-in experience!

We moved into the Marquis at Memorial the end of March. Our apartment was clean and neat. After moving in we discovered a few minor issues. These issues were addressed immediately and fixed the first time correctly. The maintenance personnel are easy to work with and very respectful.
