I was impressed with the pool, hot tub, and grill area and the fact that it was open year-round. I also really liked the upgraded kitchen style and the fact that some of the residents had been living there for 15 years. The inspection of the apartment did not come across as shoddy but as well built and sturdy. It did not look like the complex was cutting any corners. I looked and found that even the space under the kitchen cabinets were free of dust.

The apartments were a little mature, so I did not think the rental rate should be as expensive as it was.

The community was well kept, small and quiet. The attached garage on some of the apartments was a definite plus and free covered parking was a nice option also. Onsite staff is always a good sign of good living and my leasing professional spoke very highly of living there. I would recommend this community for a quiet, calm living experience.

This was an older garden style apartment that looked like it had been well maintained over the years. The accessibility of the leasing office needed to be improved, though. I spent about five minutes after I got to the property trying to figure out how to get to the office.
