Based off the things that go on after the office closes with resident and visitors with loud music, people loitering in front of o the residents window at 2am. As well as the majority of the visitors parking being at the back of the property which makes it difficult when you have loved ones with little children or challenged physical needs.

My tour at Marquis on Memorial was great, the leasing agent showed me around they were personable and efficient and I would really consider living there based on what I saw.

This was a premium community. The apartments were modernized to allow residents to relax. The leasing professional was wonderful and truly cared about the future and current residents.

Overall the community is very well maintained and for the most part residents are friendly. Beautiful neighborhood.

That apartment community was warm and inviting. It had great curb appeal and it had a place for all my living needs. Everything seemed tucked away neatly, from my car, trash, and personal items on balconies. It seemed well kept. It was peaceful and charming. I could see myself living there.

The community has truly changed since Harvey (for the worse) residents do not have respect for the property by keeping it clean as well as new residents driving extremely to fast in the parking lot.

The community was appealing and easy to locate. The exterior of the building and parking area were well maintained. The courtyard by the pool was exceptionally inviting. The leasing agent showed me a one bedroom model. It was updated with stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring and granite countertops. It looked inviting, and I could see myself living there. I would recommend the community to others.

This was a well maintained community with lots to offer. It was near many shopping spots and eateries. They had great rates for the full package being offered.

Heavily affected by hurricane Harvey, the community was recovering with some renovations. Most first-floor apartments would feature hardwood floors and stainless-steel appliances. There were reasonable rental rates and a great location.

The community is conveniently located. The staff is professional and friendly.
