I feel like this is a good community. It meets basic needs and then some. It was most defiantly a home feel with the custom touches, with lots of character for an apartment home.

I have recommended our place to friends looking in the area. I like that it is a pretty quiet and well-maintained property. I would say it's more adult than many of the places in Uptown and people are respectful to their neighbors. Also, the parking in the garage is great - so nice that our guests can park anywhere without fear of being towed!

I would not hesitate to recommend the Marquis at Turtle Creek to my friends and family for the reasons cited in the above answers on this survey--great office personnel both in leasing office and maintenance personnel. The quietness of the community is another big selling point.

The community was very nice. It was very close to highways, restaurants, and a shopping area. The leasing professional was very friendly and helpful. The amenities were pretty decent.

The apartment was very spacious and was very modern. It had all the amenities I was looking for and more. The bathroom was large and so was the bedroom and the closet. I would be very happy living there and would definitely move in. The agent seemed to genuinely care about me and wanted me to make it my new home.

For the rate, these items need updating/replacement: windows (draft and almost impossible to close and open), back doors (even after repair they do not shut + lock completely and there is always a draft), tub tile + grouting, counters in kitchen, sink hardware (especially the bathroom), stove and refrigerator. If these were updated and new, then yes the rate would be complimentary and I would recommend this apartment community.

This is a charming, small building in a great location. However, I feel as if it is not being maintained well. I think if the quality of the maintenance was better, it could lease for more, in fact.

This was a stately community in the center of Dallas in a lovely wooded highly desirable area. The apartments and building were elegant and very quiet. The apartments were built around a large open courtyard with plenty of tables and seating area and a beautiful dipping pool.

With the nw apartments across the street, it will be interesting to see how they compare in terms of rental costs and amenities. I would recommend this place until the rents are too high to live and then I will have no option but to move to another place.
