I would recommend this apartment community for the location and the floor plans. However, most of my friends or colleagues believe that the rent is too high.

The entry and open space of the building were beautiful. While the apartment was very nice to view, I did not feel the community offered an immense amount in the way of amenities.

I think the community should put up more signage to indicate the building is seperate from the others on the block. The ameneties were barely there. Very small gym and very small pool. However, the building is small also so it works. Everything else was fabulous. It would be nice if they refreshed the hallways and the carpeting. Overall, it was a great place and I really would move there if the pricing was a little more friendly for my budget.

I enjoy the smaller size of the apartment community as well as the diversity of the residents across multiple spectrums (age, race, single/married, etc)

The community had a lot of character and charm. The finishes were high-end. The community was clean and attractive. The amenities were well done with pool, garage and fitness center for residents' convenience.

The tour provided was helpful and informational. The agent was friendly and willing to help me. The apartment was nice and had a lot to offer residents along with the amenities.

Reasons all covered above. The noise from outside ie the runways, are beyond your control. The noise from renovations and other tenants (upstairs neighbours) has been very disruptive to someone who needs a quiet environment to work. I have now taken outside office space so I can get away from premises.

The leasing professional was very nice and inviting. I appreciated her efforts in trying to tailor what was available to my needs. Some of the interior features to the newly upgraded models seemed pretty good but for the price they were asking and too few amenities, it just did not justify the price.
