I would definitely recommend to friends without pets. The pet deposit is very large considering it is non-refundable.

The leasing agent was personable and energetic. She was very competent in showing the apartment and listing the amenities. The apartment community was nice. The neighborhood was a bustling urban metropolitan area. The price was high considering that the apartment was very small and the washer and dryer were not included. The updated floors and appliances were nice. The extra large closet and second closet in the bedroom were nice features as well.

I would recommend this apartment because it has a great location, the complex is small, and care is always being taken to maintain the complex to keep it in tip-top shape.

The property did not have an apartment available to view. However, I received a printed copy of the floor plan of an A5 layout. I was able to view photos and the leasing agent was accommodating.

It's a little old, but not bad overall. I really like having covered parking - that's a big plus for me. It's safe and generally quiet (except for road noise from Cedar Springs).

The leasing professional was top notch, as well as her demonstrating abilities. The community was very nice and had a stylish touch to it that you did not see in most places. I would recommend this community to anyone and would actually move in myself.

It is cheap for the area, but the fact that there is no front office I think really affects the service that is provided (there was a front office when we moved in 4 years ago).

Mixed feelings as my mother stayed her for a month in a separate apartment. The location is excellent and the flat is comfortable. The main concern, not to harp on, are the noisy neighbors below. They even disturbed my mother a few apartments down from us. Otherwise we have been satisfied here. The rent is a little high but in an excellent location.
The noise has been a significant detracting factor as the impact on sleep, even waking up our baby on multiple occasions, despite numerous conversations with the tenants ourselves and with management.

Again, the staff does not do anything to enforce the quiet provisions of the lease despite how many times I call or how many times I am woken up at 3am. The staff lacks the ability to mediate disputes between residents entirely
