I would,(and have) but I would also warn them that the rent goes up every year.

I love the at home feel of the area, the management, the location. I feel safe and love my apartment.

Compared to comparable apartments, the rent is too high. For me it is worth the extra money because the location is so close to my work.

My husband and I have lived here for a little over a year now. We love the location of this community. It is super close to I-35 and the GB Tollway. Coppell is such a nice place to live- we are right across the street from a beautiful golf course. The maintenance team is wonderful. They are very friendly and always complete things in a timely manner. I feel that they truly care about me as a resident here. This is a great place to call home!

Overall, I was very impressed with the community and the leasing professionals. The agent that assisted me definitely answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. I would suggest this community to others and also talk positively about the agent and their customer service.

It is a fairly new community located right across from the golf course. It offers all the modern amenities and is close to nearby shopping, the airport. It is easily accessible to major freeways and tollways.

I may not recommend only because I was not clear at time of leasing that my monthly amount would always differ and it has only continued to go up since I got here.

They seem warm and welcoming until your 30 days are up to change your mind. Then they have you. If something goes wrong after that point it's "Well you signed a lease'" They only hire staff that is pleasing to the eyes but they don't care. They have no interest in solving your problem and you are going to have to come up with your own solution. The apartments and community are nice but are not priced competitively to surrounding complexes. The only plus they have is the friendliness of the maintenance staff. They are quick to respond and always nice.

It is good for couples with 1 or no kids.

Community is quiet and clean. The rent is high, but it's a quality complex.

With a staff that really does not want to 'see' what the problems really are and correct them, why would I recomment this place.

The agent was very professional, very calm, willing to help and ready to meet the future resident's needs.

Rent increases

Most everyone I know has their own home. But if anyone is moving here, I do recommend this apartment complex especially if they work in my building.

This visit was very impressive. I would have no problem calling this my new home. The presentation was great. Well, except I did not hear anything about the amenities. But overall, just the apartment alone sold me.
