I love this place best office people and maint. people they are on the ball. So friendly and have great events for the residents to get to know each other.

I recently moved back to the Marquis at Riverchase because of the friendly staff, the aesthetics of the apartments and complex, and the nice pools.

I have always had prompt service on any maintenance issues. 

I have noticed since I've moved back in (about 5 years later) that the garden tub and refrigerator show signs of aging and wear, it may be time to update those items. The floors have been updated to a wood laminate which are aesthetically pleasing and easy to maintain. I am renting a one bedroom and the kitchen cupboards seem limited/small. My previous rental was a two bedroom, which as I remember had ample cupboard space, so it may just be the layout difference.

The Marquis at Riverchase is a quiet community, and one which I feel secure.

As I live in a lower unit, I can here foot traffic above me, but hardly ever any noise from adjacent apartments; mostly just showers, but never conversations, or media.

They currently only have Time Warner Cable service available for cable tv and high speed internet (dsl is available from Verizon however). It appears that satelite is allowed as well.

I have a pet and don't understand the initial pet fee, as it is not a deposit, and there is still a monthly pet fee as well. They do provide "doggie stations" to help maintain the cleanliness of the property and I am told they are working on a pet area as well.

I have concerns about the yearly rental increases as others  have posted.

I enjoy living at The Marquis at Riverchase and would easily recommend the apartments as your next home.

The property itself is very nice and the leasing staff is very pleasant. There is a huge problem with pigeons that doesnt seem to be getting taken care of and the work out facility could use some major updates. There is also an issue with the gates not working and being stuck open quite frequently. The rent does increase every year

I have lived at the Marquis at Riverchase for two years. The staff is wonderful and the area is quiet. They staff is very attentive to the residence needs and ensures the up keep and maintenance is always done in a timely manner. I rarely have had to call about maintenance because the property is well kept. This a family oriented environment. The staff is alway professional and kind.

I've always been a city girl and was a tad worried about living in Coppell after several years in uptown Dallas. Moving to this beautiful and quaint suburbs close to work and to Marquis at Riverchase was the best decision ever! The service is superb, for instance my shower made a noise and they fixed it immediately the same day and left a note in my apartment explaining everything was fix and then management even followed up with an email. The apartments are gorgeous and it's quiet and I feel safe. Overall, I'm very pleased! 

I have been live here for five months now....wow time has flown. Staff and maintenance team are great. If there was ever an issue with my unit they were right on it. No complaints from me, great job ladies of the office and guys of maintenance...

This will be my 3rd year living at the Marquis at Riverchase my apartment is 3 bedrooms and spacious with wood floors everyone is super helpful and if you ever need a maintenance request they are always completed ASAP even as small as change the vent.

My Husband nd I have lived in the community for a while and we love being next to the golf course. We always feel safe and it's quiet.

I have been living here for almost four years. Amanda Smith has been here the entire time. I enjoy living here and I love the location. 

The management and staff are really nice and helpful.  Erin has a great personality and made my move very simple - and I had a lot of different deliveries coming in and she was an incredible help.  The apartment was clean and fresh when I moved in.  The grounds and pools are beautiful.  Security is good.  Erin and Noris made sure a few things were taken care of immediately.  The website works great.  GREAT MOVE IN EXPERIENCE.

I would recommend the apartment community to anyone who who was looking for a "higher end" location.

nice place and some ammenities, good location. But have to monitor monthly charges for errors or up-billing. They tried to make me pay for electricity from BEFORE I moved in, for a few months.

It's a quiet place to live.

I wouldn't recommend it because if you promise not to raise the rent more than a 100 once the lease expires, in order to stay... Then don't give promises that you will do so. Happened to me and and to a neighbor I know here. They say the will not but they in fact do it.

I enjoyed my tour and I really liked the community. I liked the location and amenities.
