I've suggested the complex to a few friends or work colleagues over the years. But I think when they see the fading paint on the garages or carports it deters them. People are looking for awesome appliance and countertops, etc.

It does no good to send out letters if there is no enforcement. Make it $100 a bag and ENFORCE IT and this place wouldn't look so bad at night and especially on weekends. I don't like the possums,roaches,rats,and flies that smelly garbage bags bring.

Lease violations are always addressed by our office team, and though trash violations are not charged at $100 per bag, we feel the charge is appropriate for the offense. There is a dog that barks from the time he leaves the apartment until he returns. This happens every night around 10:30 and every morning around 6:00.

I would like for the communication at the front desk to communicate better with the rental insurance company. The fax machine was down for what seemed like month. I'm not at all a fan of the reserved "uncovered" parking spots or the new stickers we are required to have.

Overall I think it is a great running office, with friendly caring employees. The grounds looked nice. The conversation was great. I had to ask to view a floor plan and also for prices. The leasing agent gave good information on events. She did drive me to the location and show me the exact apartment available. She did stress urgency.

Overall the apartment community is satisfactory, however, the gate issue is a safety concern so I would point this out to anyone that I was talking to about the complex.
