When I first arrived on the property I waited for a few minutes in the living room area, because the staff was not present. I liked the apartment and the amenities they offered. The community was very well kept and nice looking. If I lived in the area, I would lease an apartment.

The parking is terrible. I feel that if you lease an apartment that has 2 people that are on the lease and they have 2 cars there should be another parking spot included versus having only 1 parking spot for 2 people under a lease.

I received great customer service, the agent was friendly and very helpful. She understood my needs and what I wanted in an apartment. She also explained the application process, the fees and what I would get with my apartment. The agent went over all the amenities the complex offered and mentioned nice features of the neighborhood. The property was well maintained and very nice.

No Good!

Do not rent here. The insides of the apartments, especially the appliances, need some serious updating. You would think with an almost $100 a month rent increase they would do something. They are more focused on outdoor kitchens and putting rocks around the edges of the parking lot, than they are the insides of the apartments. The dumpster/trash is left over flowing and stinking for several days at a time before. The smell is at times unbearable. The gates are consistently broken. They are either shut and you can't get in/out or they are just stuck open and the entire world can drive in. Lastly, there are more water issues at this property than I have eve heard of. The water is constantly being shut off for different reasons. I would not refer anyone to this property

While I would not call these "luxury" apartments, I would say they are a cut above most apartments(of this genre)on the market. They are clean, well maintained,and safe. At this point, the staff is friendly and professional.

There are better complexes in Coppell. I would suggest this because of the price, not because of the amenities or the way the apartments look inside.

This community was really charming. It had so much to offer that it really felt like it should cost more then what they were charging for these apartments. The customer service was also quite notable.

Too expensive for the area for what is truly provided in the apartments and outside of the apartments, inconsistent or not good service, issues with property that just aren't being addressed due to it not being next to the leasing office, etc...etc...
