Well, right now wouldn't be a good time for them to ask me because I would tell them not to move in here until all of the construction has been completed. I wish I had waited until it is finished. I know the staff is doing everything they can, but the property not having working elevators, adequate parking, the fitness center, and in general being dirty because of the construction is quite frustrating. Had I known all of this was still going to be weeks away when I signed my lease, I wouldn't have and have thought seriously these past few weeks of terminating my lease and moving to a similar property in the area. Romina and her staff, who do a great job, shouldn't have to keep talking me out of doing so because of the inadequacy of construction process. On the scale below, I give the property a poor overall rating because of the things I addressed above. Just a thought for future properties, don't allow people to lease until the property is completely finished. In good conscience, I couldn't recommend this property to a friend, coworker, or client at this time. Maybe when everything is completed, but not now.

This brand new community is stunning. It features a midrise with an urban style and modern finishouts. The pool is resort style and offers a large covered grill for entertaining. The staff is well educated on their product and will make the effort to find the right apartment for you.

If one likes modern living with surrounding conveniences, this community may be a good choice.

The agent tried to make sure that everything I mentioned as my preference was met. She made sure that it was all about me, and she appeared to be genuine.
