I thought the community was very appealing. It has a lot of wonderful features and is in a great location. The leasing agent was very attentive to my needs.

This community had a nice appeal. The apartments were beautiful. This community did not have the typical standard versus upgraded apartments. All the apartments had the upgrades, which meant wood floors and granite counter tops. I would definitely recommend the community to my friends.

Very pleasant, you are close to shopping, dining & transportation all within walking distance. The Property Mgmt Team has been top notch - any request you make they are on it. The resident events are fun & give you a chance to meet busy neighbors you otherwise might not see coming to & fro from your daily commute. :)

I have been living here for just over an year now. So far, it is awesome for the most part! Friendly and professional staff always willing to help you and solve any problem you may have. Brand new apartment so it is pretty clean and pet friendly! Nice gated community and garage. Only downside is that they have been under construction for the past year.... For their phase two... However, the construction seems to be mostly done and maybe it will be less dust around the complex..

Nice apartment, good location, central to nice restaurants, postal service, cleaners, and car repair. Union at Carrollton Square has a very friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. I re-signed for another 15 months as it is perfectly located and easy to access other parts of the DFW in a few minutes, or you can just hop on the train. It’s been exceptionally relaxing living here. What you see online is exactly how it is. The pool area is a vacation spot and grilling is a must!
Again, good restaurants (most have resident discounts) and coffee shops right on your doorstep. Nothing way too lively, but usually The Historic Downtown Carrollton will have car shows, music, food tasting, indoor rock climbing, and other remarkable events just to name a few.

The leasing professional provided wonderful customer service from the time I entered until the time I left. She built a lot of rapport with me. It seemed like she really wanted me to lease, especially since she offered to let me use her computer to lease the apartment while I was on-site. She was able to find everything I was looking for and more. She was highly professional. I will definitely be recommending this community and the leasing professional to my friends and family.

I have lived here for 2 months and this morning was the 4th time they have set all the fire alarms off at the crack of dawn, they even do it on the weekends. They also continue all the construction on the weekends which starts bright and early so you wake up to hammering and yelling, or my personal favorite....3 construction workers climbing off a cherry picker and onto my balcony for maintenance work that I was never warned about. There's also road construction plus the work trucks park in the parking garage so your car will constantly be filthy and covered in dust. They are also so pet friendly here that there is dog poop all over the place! It's like a minefield! And if you think you can just call the office and tell them your concerns....good luck getting anyone to answer the phone, good luck getting them to call you back once you leave a message, and if you do get to talk to them, good luck trying to have a polite conversation with any of them.
