My perceptions as a real customer considering leasing at this community being an awesome place to live adjacent to Downtown Carrollton. The location provides an easy highway access, incredible restaurants, shopping within walking distance with the Dart green line across the street. They provide modern floor plans, modern appliances with resort style amenities. My impression of the individual staff member was a friendly professional, helpful and knowledgeable. My impression of the community itself was a positive one.
