Luxury living with everything with walking distance.

You would love it here.

It is a great place to live. Everything is so conveniently located. There are great restaurants and great night spots within walking distance. And of course there is Addison just a few miles down Beltline. You can walk to the Dart Station and hope a ride on the train to Downtown Dallas. The staff and residents have been super friendly.

No feedback to me regarding my screens? What is going on? Finally got cranks in & have requested feedback & info. Although I've been very very nice - I feel like you guys are just ignoring me. Meanwhile, I have eyes to see that many others around me getting screens. Even if there is a problem with cranks, what does that have to do with me at least having screens for the windows? Several screens are just sitting at the end of the interior hallway & have been for months leaned up against a wall on the 2nd floor?
No feedback whatsoever on even the cranks? One of the biggest questions people have when they ask about where you live is how things are going? Are things getting done as far as maintenance? So far I've only given positive reviews - but if you don't give feedback to a customer period and alot of time goes by how would you answer in the future? My good reviews have sent you business. Many people are randomly asking what's up, how do you like living there, how is property management, do things get fixed? Why are people randomly asking without solicitation? Are people in this very bldg giving bad word of mouth because you're ignoring others? I'm not happy & it could be avoided with the truth & feedback - how sad & unnecessary on your part.

I love it here, but I iwsh were told when they were going to turm off the lights on the property.

clean, friendly and good location

This property was stellar. It was unexpected in charm. Conveniently located by the DART rail system, it is attractive to the urban person as well as the sub-urban person. The downtown area is quaint and well contained. Great property. Great location.

I believe that there is such a push to rent out the apartments, that thorough background checks are not being done. We were told the units were basically sound proof by a leasing agent prior to moving in, but that is definetly not the case. There is suppose to be a care team, but to date have not had the chance to discuss any of our concerns. When concerns have been communicated with the staff in the front office, it is either forgotten about or just plain neglected. Now they are starting phase 3, and there are still concerns in phase 2 that have not been addressed.

Nice apartments but terrible staff

It was an exceptional community with nice amenities and features. I will highly recommend it to my friends.

The set up of the whole complex is crazy. There are no elevators on the one side, and should you choose to live on that side you will have to walk 2 blocks to get to an elevator and/or the parking garage. If you want windows that can open to enjoy the cooler weather look someplace else. We have lived here for almost 2 months and still do not have working windows.

The community was a standard mid-rise. It was nice as the apartments I saw did not have previous residents because they were so new. The pool was resort-like and it was very appealing. Also the bathroom's features with the rain-style shower heads were nice.
