I've had no complaints besides the yearly increase, which is causing me to move.

The place is clean no crime and neighbors mind their business.

I would recommend because of the facilities and the updated features in the apartments. I would not because the quality of residents has declined.

The main complain I have is the parking, limit of parking and the size of some spaces. I've had to park so far away from my apt it is very ridiculous.

I would not ONLY because the rent is going up, yet my pay has not. I rented this place two years ago because it was reasonable. A little small but reasonable. Now, there is no reason for me to be here. It's small and the rent is unreasonable.

I've been here since it opened and I've seen gradual changes headed in a bad direction. It's starting to get more ghetto. A women parked in a red zone, so my fiancee asked her to move the car and she ended up kicking his garage (leaving a dent). Now the same crew parks and booms music while dancing... We've reported it with Bella Springs, but they probably didn't care because a new company was coming in.

The leasing professional was friendly. I was not shown an apartment or amenities to comment on.
