Definite decline in upkeep and enforcement of policies, such as trash outside doors and people parking in reserved and handicapped spots.

The community is in a very convenient location yet is tucked away nicely off the beaten path. I loved the pool area, so tranquil and relaxing. I felt like I could make this my home and really enjoy living here.

I would not recommend these apartments to friends or family because I don't feel that the new management is providing the best customer service that many other apartment complexes provide.

As a matter of fact I did. I referred a co-worker and a relative. They both lived there for at least 1 year.

Is a good community, the prices are somewhat OK, the amenities and all is great, just again, the closets, we need more closet space lol.... so I will reccomend it.

The property is clean. The staff is friendly and professional.

the rent is too high most people that i talked to dont like the the rental prices so is difficult to recomend even to friends

This community was fairly private and quiet. The resort style swimming pool was out of this world; it was so nice.

If you own a washer and dryer and work a normal 9-5 and don't mind kids at the pool all the time then they're fine.

Would: Convenient location to be able to walk to the shopping center. Nice pool area. Rent is pretty decent. Nice, comfortable apartments that are pretty new with newer appliances.

Would not: it is a somewhat isolated location and the area immediately around the apartment is sort of desolate and uninteresting. The apartments and the community around it don't really have interesting "character" or "personality." Walls are pretty thin, at least for outside noise.

I would really recommend if there was on site security!
