It is a very nice community and the staff are good at their job. They are enthusiastic and they know their job and the property.

The amenities and the living space is top notch for the price paid for.

The leasing professional took pride in the community and management company. I most definitely would have leased.

I would because its a nice place to live.

The lack of hot water and the fact that dog owners are not required to pick up their dog's poop are the only reasons we cannot recommend this community.

Good location and amenitites

Good location, good rates.

Area is often dirty - trash is left outside people's apartment doors for days and piled around dumpster. Neighbors play extremely loud music. Neighbors get into loud arguments often that can be heard outside their apartment. Changes to pool use requiring wrist band.

The property is beautiful, yet they are also a bit to expensive for what you are getting.

This complex is a friendly, enjoyable and safe place to live.

The automatic sprinklers start late at night and mess up washed cars on daily basis no matter where you park especially in front of building 9. Sad that we keep wasting money at the car wash more frequently than not.

Maintenance is quick to respond (less than 24 hours), the gym is great, and it's an overall peaceful community. There have been a few occasions where I have not been notified that I have a package waiting for me in the leasing office. A simple e-mail would suffice. Also, the gym was out of sanitary wipes for a week recently.
