It's been one bad experience after another, literally from the first day! I moved in to the Marquis at Center Ridge complex over Super Bowl weekend to a unit which had been vacant for some time, due to this the water had a strong sulfur smell whenever it was turned on; I was unable to shower or wash my sheets/towels and the stench was permeating the entire apartment so I called the 24-hour maintenance regarding the issue and was told that did not constitute after-hours service and would half to wait until their office reopened Monday morning. They no longer even offer after hours maintenance, which is VERY inconvenient to someone who works and is in school, and due to the lack of after-hours service I was left with a major security risk in the form of a damaged deadbolt for well over a month! I have had packages stolen not only from my doorstep but even gone missing from the office, to which their response was that the post office must have put the package slip in the wrong box... I've come home to find maintenance slips stating they've completed work that a) was never in need of attendance in the first place and b) was never requested! When I called management for an explanation, she laughed at the fact that she sent them to the wrong apartment! And the latest, as a full-time student I was offered the opportunity to dog-sit for extra income and called to inform them as a courtesy and was told I would have to pay a $300 deposit, plus an addition pet rent for the duration of my lease when I would have only been watching the dog (which would have been crated at night and while gone) for 5 DAYS!! I can't say it's a CWS issue as I've lived at sister properties, although their corporate office is about as worthless as the onsite "management".

My first impression of the community was "WOW!" The entrance, landscaping and pool were all amazing.

I would recommend The Marquis at Center Ridge for its safe location and nice staff, but with the caveat that the person to whom I'm recommending it had better be ready to pay out the nose for it.

I would warm people about the staff

Rents are going up every year....is the only reason i would not recommend ..."to people like me who do not use swimming pool or gym or other facilities that young people use for in an appt. complex.

Because its a Small and clean community with nice views

If some more improvements can be made, especially in regards to the pet feces matter. I think camera's along the main walk way that cuts through the middle of the property would work well seeing pet owners not picking up after their pets. Otherwise notices will not work on some pet owners.

I would because the staff does an excellent job, the property (minus the pond)is extremely well maintained.

The price was reasonable for what I would receive in return. I had a nice leasing professional who was helpful. The landscaping was beautiful, and I liked the color of the outside of the apartments.

The location is only convenient for certain reasons--for example if you work nearby. The community does not really foster a sense of community, as there are few if any resident activities that I am aware of, and no community newsletter or updates posted in the resident portal.

It is close to my office and I haven't had any issues with neighbors since a cpl years ago when a loud couple was kicked out.

This is a great relaxing place, close to city and yet with a country feel. It's elegant, with Santa Fe style decor and furnishings. Staff members always greet you with a smile and truly care about your needs. For the price, you cannot beat it. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I would probably recommend it based on the apt. layout/design. I probably wouldn't recommend it if someone wanted something a little cheaper or didn't want to be so close to the interstate.

It is a nice location and complex. I would definitely recomment that they not occupy a 3rd story apartment. But I have enjoyed living here and really do not want to vacate.

I would say everything is nice here, price and all. Just I wouldn't recommend the building I am in. I think the units out by the pond are nicer.
