The community gentry appears to be primarily adult professionals, which is appealing. So far, I've only encountered one undesirable experience of college age revelry (and they have vacated).

Age and general disrepair of unit. Sloppy painting and in my case, areas including all ceilings were not painted before I moved in, despite promise to do so.

I woukd recommend for the location, quiet and management. I would warn them to insist on clean carpets, totally fresh paint--not mismatched touch-ups, and thorough check of efficient appliances.

Scenic, rock walled community on a nature preserve. They had hiking trails within walking distance of your front door. A peaceful escape from the busy life. The leasing professional really impressed me.

This community has a lot to offer, including a huge swimming pool, fitness center and a business lounge. I would recommend it to my friends.

The ant problem taking 1 year to solve and when it came back nothing was done. My only option was to move apartments. After talking with other tenants they have an ant problem too. Basically, there is no real solution.

My perception as a real customer considering leasing at the community was that it was a nice quiet place to live, not a perfect place to live, but had all that you needed for the price.
