The apartments are quiet and comfortable. When something needs to be done, I report it to the office, and almost immediately, someone comes to fix the problem.

Gladys, I want to thank you for taking the time to answer some questions for us. This is what we use to make sure that we meet all your expectations. We love having you as a resident Gladys. To tell you the truth I sometimes walk out to the back of the pool area and just stare out into the canyon. It helps me recoup and continue my day. A bit expensive

Going forward we hope to provide you with exceptional service and a more personable office staff. I do want to invite you into the office and mingle with us from time to time and hopefully we can get back on the right foot . Because of the turnover in the office we do understand where it can be a fit frustrating at times, we do feel like we have found the right fit now.Please let us know if there is any way we can improve as a staff, thank you again. I would tell family and friends that it is an ok place. Nothing out of the ordinary, probably above average, but not upscale. Sometimes you have quiet neighbors and sometimes not. You just have to wait till their lease is up and hope they move, because management will not address issues of that nature.
We need to make sure as a team that we are meeting your expectations of what a home should feel like and be. Mrs. Griffith you now have my email so you can contact me directly for any need. If there is loud music or if there is trash on the ground please let me know and I'll make sure that it gets taken care of. We value your input especially since you have seen people come and go since 2005. I completely agree when you say that a home should be peaceful and serene. We will make sure that we are going above and beyond your needs and no longer be "ineffective".

The location and scenery of the property was great. The leasing professional went above and beyond in selling the property.

It was everything that I would want. Plenty of room for my furniture though and all of the amenities were modern and appeared fairly new. The balcony itself and the natureal view would have been great.

I wouldn't because of the gap in quality vs expense and the lack of positive communication about that issue or any issues with the manager.

The condition is not worth the money I am spending. The apartment was not even livable when I first moved in. Sure, I was given a rent-credit, but that does not excuse the fact that I was sleeping on a friend's couch for a week. I do not feel like the office staff is honest when they say they feel bad about the situation and want to do everything they can to make it better...but then two weeks go by and I don't hear anything and nothing gets done to the apartment.

I wouldn't dis-recommend it. Other than the kids in the front office, there's nothing bad about it. It's pleasant. Good for dogs -- poop bags provided. Randalls is nearby. Mopac is easy.
