The community had a welcoming community feel. The staff was very warm and accommodating. The leasing professional spent almost an hour showing me around the community and to help me find the right apartment with all the amenities that I wanted. I felt comfortable and thought the apartment was clean and well kept.

The community was beautiful. The recent updates really shined and everything looked very clean, modern and appealing. The clubhouse decor, paint choices and tile floors were beautiful. The available apartment I viewed was very clean, modern and in move-in condition. Anyone would be happy to call it home. I even commented to leasing professional how fabulous the clubhouse smelled, no detail had been forgotten. I only wish I could have gone through the community in the spring time to see what the landscaping and flowers look like in bloom. They had done a really nice job updating and beautifying the property.

It was a nice community and very clean and well maintained. There was nothing special about this community that I stood out from other communities. The price was within reason and the two bedroom was very nice and roomy. The amenities were well kept and maintained. I would recommend the location if I knew someone that needed an apartment.

The leasing agent was friendly and she was knowledgeable about the community and surrounding area. The clubhouse was very appealing and provided for an excellent first impression.

I would definitely recommend the community. The staff was amazing. The leasing professional only left out a couple of minor details and toward the end did not directly ask me for the sale. She did a great job without being pushy. The community and apartment were very clean and attractive.

I loved the agent's personality and how engaging she was. She was not too pushy and encouraged me to lease the apartment in a friendly way. The office was very busy when I arrived, and it was sometimes hard to hear her speaking.

I was pleased with the visit. The team member did a good job in giving me the tour. The model I was shown was spacious and nice to fit the need of someone looking for a apartment. The property is located on the main street and close to a shopping center. The rent was reasonably good and the property has nice amenities.

Nothing was outstandingly good, except for clubhouse available for use at no cost. Although the deposit is prohibitive it is understandable, since expense for accidental damages can be quite high.
