Staff is not proactive about solving problem before they arise. Maintenance request are handled on "their" time. There is not the feeling of being a customer but there is the feeling of being big brothered. There is one trash for the whole community. If you are elderly or impaired good luck with that battle. Amenities are there but inconvenient. They are pet friendly but there is no place to pick up after them. Streets are plowed after 9:00 am. Sidewalks and doorsteps are hit and miss so have your own bag of salt. Great place for kids, there are a lot of them. Great views of a poorly maintained pond(s). Office hours are poor. Conscience fee for echeck! (That is unheard of).

The community was well located and inviting. I liked the upgrades and the fresh look of the model. The cleanliness of the grounds, office, and outdoor amenities was very inviting as well it was well kept. The staff was professional, genuine, and pleasant. I would have no issues with moving to the community.

Because I've enjoyed living here (Preserve at Sagebrook), I think anyone I would recommend living here would also enjoy it as well.

At first glance, the community fit the rest of the area by means of being in upper middle class. Some of the curb appeal was lost due to the moderate trash on the streets and the deep indents by the storm drains. I did see three workers smoking cigarettes next to the playground sitting against one of the apartments. As far as the community, it seemed like a nice place to live. The people in charge in the community were outwardly proud of it and were reassuring in all aspects. For this type of price range, as a consumer, I would definitely consider calling this place home.

Parking is crazy. The tenants across from us plays their car stereo at night very loudly. Don't ever live on the lower level. Not good at all
Thank you for your valuable input and taking the time to share this with us. As we are always seeking to improve our community, your thoughts are definitely taken into consideration. Presently, we do not have assigned parking spaces, but we did just re-pave the entire parking lot so that is much better! For any noise that you hear, either out in the parking lot, or elsewhere, please bring that to the attention of the Leasing Office so that we may address.

I wouldn't want my friends and family to have to move again in a year after their rent increases.

price hikes and management would make me unlikely too recommend. giant potholes and decreased attention to the landscaping has declined since new management has taken over.

We have made a lot of great updates this year, from concrete curb replacement, street re-paving and the installation of an irrigation system. The irrigation system should assist in improving the landscaping significantly. We are always here in the Leasing Office. Please bring concerns to our attention so that we may address them quickly.
