Would never recommend
This place is a glorified ghetto. The grounds are a mess and trash is everywhere. Forget using the pool! Too many filthy unsupervised kids cussing, swimming with their clothes on, using the emergency equipment as toys. Make a complaint to the office and they just say, "We will do our best to take care of the issue". Not fair when you pay a premium for amenities that you can't even enjoy.
Thank you for your feedback. We work very hard to maintain the property, grounds and amenities. Our pool rules do not allow children under the age of 13 at the pool, without their parents or legal guardians. If there are children under that age at the pool, unsupervised, we do send them home.

The leasing professional was very friendly and gave me her full attention. She conducted the interview and had my guest card available and ready. She gave me a tour of the clubhouse and explained about the fitness room and the swimming pool. She was very friendly and polite.

The security that drives around let's his title go to his head. He goes overboard with the authority that he thinks he has. It is just too expensive and they keep wanting to raise the rent.

The noise is a big factor

Not worth the price
