Even though it's considerably more expensive now and some of the changes have not always been for the better, Preserve at Sagebrook really is just a nice place to live. Most times the plus-es outweigh the negatives, which is why I continue to stay here and I'm sure my family and friends would enjoy it also.

The monthly rent is high, not being able to fish in the ponds is awful, all the ducks and geeses are insane as well as the mess they leave. The updates are ok but for the price you could rent a nice home or another apartment with alot more.

Long lag time between maintinance requests and completed repairs. I'm allergic to strong sunlight so can only be out in the sun during the am when the pool has yet to open on time (10:00 am). The look of garbage on a Sunday!!
Thank you for providing us with your input about our community. With a large community, we do work quickly to address all resident service items. From time to time, if parts need to be ordered, there can be a small delay. However, we pride ourselves in quick resolutions to service requests. Daily, we do open the pool and our offices at 10:00 AM. If you ever experience it otherwise, please come to the office and let us know!

price for the looks, often 3160 sagebrook leaves there trash outside the door and it draws rodens, and trash blows all over the complex people also pile trash in front of the compacter and it looks tacky most of the time there is room to still put it in the compactor
Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Our Service Team works diligently to address grounds each morning, and they even come out on weekends to address any trash left at the compactor. This has proven to be beneficial, and it has reduced the amount of debris and items left a the compactor. We also have prepared a list of charities that will accept donations that we give to residents who are moving to prevent larger items blocking the container.

Before the complex raised my rent, I had referred this place to several different people. Seeing that I am a nurse, I encounter lots of people every day. However, since the situation I have told many to stay away from coming here.

A pretty nice place to live, especially in the newly remodeled units. Rent is rent as far as the prices go up just like any other place. I think good tenants that are signing a new lease should be rewarded with something like the newer updated apts as well. The office staff is friendly and helpful for the most part. Maintenance is kept up when you need something fixed and the grounds are well kept.

I very much enjoyed the friendly and knowledgeable staff I spoke with. I liked that the apartment seemed to be about community providing a pool, fitness center, playground, volleyball courts, clubhouse and grills. I also loved the maintenance schedule and how up to date everything was kept. I loved the amount of square footage, the open kitchen, living room and dining room and the split floor plan of the bedrooms.

The apartment was large and spacious. It had tons of storage. The kitchen was upgraded and very modern to include the light fixture. The staff did a very good job at her duties. I would not choose to lease there because of the pricing.

This community was well cared for, and was easy to navigate. The pool, gym, and clubhouse were added features that did not require extra investment. There were a lot of features that added value to the rental cost, such as notary and other office services, as well as Wi-Fi in the clubhouse area. These valuable services were enhanced by the location of the community in regards to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The décor of the model apartment was something I would have picked out myself, and drew me in.

This community was great. I would move in there in a split second. The only thing I would improve on would be a bigger gym area with more machines and possibly a yoga room but it was nice, airy, and bright. The apartment was spacious and the agent was fun to tour with.

Unless someone can afford the upgrade package, I really would not recommend this complex. I feel this community is too expensive, and sorry to say was not impressed with the property.
