I have a one bedroom with garage, I happy with everything in the apt. size, appliances. I also find the community is private and quiet. I'm also happy with maintenance

Currently not happy with this management. Have had maintenance requests in for 7 days but prblms have not been fixed yet!
Not a bad apartment complex, but maintenance has not been taken care of in a timely manner. I understand there have been issues with Hurricane Sandy. However, my fire alarm has been beeping for the past 8 days and no one has come to fix it yet. I had put in a request to change my lobby entrance light 9-10 days ago -- also still has not been taken care of yet. Hopefully, the timeliness of taking care of maintenance requests will improve. Otherwise, I currently would not recommend this apartment complex.
Management Company doesn't take care of issues!!
Horrible management company. They don't take care of issues. I've lived here for 3 months and my issues with my apartment still haven't been addressed. New management company after living here for a month. It took them a month to inspect my apartment and after a month a haven't heard a thing from them.

The community was in a good location, with easy access to the highway. My first impression was favorable. There are some renovations going on. The section of the community that had exterior renovations completed was very attractive. The community was well maintained. The leasing professional was extremely pleasant, welcoming, and relatable.
