If I was looking for an apartment, I would defiantly consider moving here based on my tour and my interaction with the staff. Everybody spoke to me and was eager to answer any question. It was a classy place with professionals who make me want to call this home.

The associate was one of the best leasing agents I have ever encountered. She did not come across scripted and did not make the conversation just about the apartment. She painted a good picture of the apartment, community and management company. She was very friendly and helped solve my potential problems with furniture fitting and sold value for the price. The community is beautiful.

I found this community to be an ideal place to live, with beautifully constructed apartments. There were serene views and a sufficient amount of amenities. The leasing professional was extremely helpful and gave me her undivided attention.

She consistently pointed out things that she felt would be a benefit to me and my son. She offered to have me return to show the apartment of interest when available. I would most likely lease based on her approach alone.

I would lease this property because I like having second floor with the washer and dryer upstairs. You do not feel like you are confined to an apartment. The windows seemed to block out any noise from the outside. I would like parking to be a bit closer.

The exterior grounds are warm and inviting. The fitness center was small and felt cramped. I was surprised to learn that there was not a pool. The apartment offered a good amount of closet space, but I was kind of surprised by the asking price.

Overall, the price was average for what the community had to offer. The apartment downstairs makes it difficult to place a dining table and living room furniture though it has high ceilings. The community center would be wonderful if it had a big screen tv, pool tables, and a pool.
