The team in charge of this community is conscientious, regarding the appearance. The clubhouse was recently renovated and the grounds customized. They have the new heating and air conditioning and the giant cut outs in the model and the clubhouse were being painted, while I was there. These things are important for me to see as a future resident, because they indicate that they will continue to take care of the property.

I was very intrigued with the service I received from both agents. The service they offered me along with the time and patience given to me was memorable. I appreciate the knowledge and information in the manner in which it was presented. The agent expressed interest in the property from a personal view which was appealing and captivating. The community was beautiful. I was treated like a special customer and with a smile the entire visit.

The grounds were beautiful. Many people were attracted to the swimming pools, cabanas, and tourist type amenities. This community was so beautiful, one could overlook the lack of more amenities. I could be quite comfortable living here.

This is a very impressive community in a highly desirable area. This makes the price points somewhat higher, but the value is there. The community does lack some amenities, like a pool and larger fitness center that others provide, which detracts from the value. The leasing professional did a very nice job selling the community and the features of the apartment, since there was not an apartment to tour at that time.

This community has many things to offer. The staff had good knowledge of all aspects of the community. The apartments were nicely designed and spacious. The cost was a bit more than most of this caliber, but would be worth it for the peace and tranquility it presented.

For the amount of rent charged, I would expect more amenities. They did not have a pool. The residents could use the pool at a sister location that was 15 minutes away. As someone who likes to cook, I find the sink being across from the stove awkward and unnatural. The grounds were beautifully kept and the flowers were immaculate.
