I was very impressed with the community. The model I saw had been recently upgraded. The landscaping was impeccable and included a walking path around the fountains.

The one thing the community had was apartments with garages which come in handy in the winter time.

This community was very well maintained. The neighborhood seemed very quiet and peaceful. The apartment I viewed was very spacious and I loved the layout. The staff there seemed very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable.

The only flaw in this community is the lack of amenities, such as a pool, tennis court or barbecue areas. The community landscaping was excellent. The ponds were beautiful. The price of the apartment was good, based on others in the area and they also included a garage and handicapped accessibility.

The staff was really engaged in promoting resident socializing to create a more family and harmonious feel among the residents. The community itself was clean, quaint and provided a sense of privacy. There was a wooded landscape and location. That was important to me, because it made me feel that although I was minutes from shopping it made me feel like there was a separation between the general public and home environment.
