The community was well managed. The signs were clear and prominent. The amenities were attractive. The clubhouse had a lot of activities and facilities. The apartment fixtures were of high standards.

There are now plenty of other great apartments out there to the same or higher standard for less per month. Some also have either more or better facilities. Also, I feel the community feel has somewhat disappeared since we first moved in and that was a major draw to this place.

It was a very upscale apartment community that was very close to shopping and entertainment. The apartment community's amenities were great and the rental rates were reasonable for the location.

The leasing professional showed the community very well. I certainly would have wanted to become a resident there as it had so much to offer above and beyond just the apartment.
