We would recommend. Though it seems lately there have been an influx of disruptive residents. Revving engine needlessly, smoking in the middle of the parking lots, people pacing outside buildings or arguing at 5:00 AM, etc.

The 2 bedroom apartments are great, however, the 1 bedroom and studio apartments are far more expensive than they are worth - you can find equally nice places to live for much less in this area. Not worth the splurge.

This was an extraordinary tour. Jessica was personable and friendly. She really wanted to meet my needs. The amenities in the complex were impeccable. They tried to get residents together with various events. The location was wonderful in great proximity to shopping and the highway. I would have leased at this community.

The pool was built in a poor place and is too small to accommodate the whole community. When we moved in, we were told a car care center was in the works; it has yet to be completed, and the hose we originally could use no longer has any sort of water output. The dog park has also been closed. The WiFi access out at the pool/gym is spotty at best; the last few times I've been to the gym it hasn't worked at all, and there is no one for me to ask to restart the router as I typically go outside of office hours.
On the upside: the (now) varied types of food trucks throughout the month are wonderful. The office staff is very helpful when I need something, and the clubhouse is wonderful. The neighbors are usually quiet and considerate, and I can rarely (if ever) hear them in my apartment. The apartments themselves are also beautiful and well-designed.

I really enjoyed viewing this apartment. The floor plan was great. The flooring was great. I would have given higher marks if I was able to view the amenities. She described them, but I was not able to view them. The amenities that were described were top notch compared to other communities I have viewed.

If you like the mid rise living concept, this would be a great place to live. There was Crabtree shopping mall within walking distance and it was close to the I-440 for work commute.
