I moved here specifically for the dog park and to get away from all the crazy traffic in North Hills. I unfortunately both were not what I thought it would be. besides that I have loved living here

I think with all of the apartments that are being built around us even with Marshall park opening just shortly after Solis their events are still awesome. Whether it’s money coming in only to fill the place they sure are still going strong over there. I would know bc I attended 3 with my friend who lives there. I don’t think that is something you can blame on the resident when they are paying more just because they were taking over by a new property management aka the Marq. Events people wanted to attend and I met some of my best friends at Solis because the events were so great and not all of them required a lot of money. The staff then was willing to help with anything even if it was getting packages before they were “opened” in the mornings. Christmas or holiday decorations were put out and this year not even a small tree was out and I think that’s just laziness. I’m never one to review or to seem needy but with everyone around the Crabtree area paying what we pay or less you would think our home could be just as fun and nice.

I already have recommended the community to friends but I like the vibe of it being somewhat a mix between an older community and a younger community so I don't tell all my friends because some of them are party animals and I like being able to go to sleep at 9PM sometimes.

I can't recommend living at these apartments based off the experiences I've had with other neighbors and the leasing office general lack of care to even update based off previous conversations. The inability to follow up or even show concern is not very comforting in my situation. I have complained before only to have been told that it was not on record, and after having a neighbor charged for a hit and run on my girlfriends vehicle, the office seems to have done nothing or even feel the need to update me on the situation. It does not feel like a safe environment and nothing has been done to make me feel otherwise.

I would recommend, as it is a quiet community strives to satisfy residents and keep premises clean.

Nick is definitely a leasing superstar. I enjoyed doing this shop.

Building is not being improved, updated, cleaned and painted as daily use and tenant neglect to the hallway walls, stairwells and carpets has progressed.

I found the experience to be a warm, fun, friendly and inviting experience. The community had quality features and fixtures and appeared to be very well maintained and managed.

Don’t have friends asking about housing.

This community was very nice and up to date. A lot of places state they are luxury apartments and the apartment does not back up that claim but The Marq does. The actual apartment features have the latest updates. I was definitely ready to pack my bags.

The community was in a league of their own, when it came to their residents, they were sure to take care of them and cater to them as well. It seemed like a great big old family on an island island.

The community was top of the line. The decoration and layout of the community flowed well. The staff was very professional and attentive to my needs. I would recommend the community to friends and family.
