I would recommend being on the top floor; not below anyone. Also, not to move by the construction directly across the street.

(1) The construction noise of the new apartment complex currently taking place across the street. (2) If the open land zoning is approved and a 7 story apartment complex is built. The noise and inconvenience of the 7 story complex will greatly lower the desire to live here. (3) Also the number of BIG dogs, barking and dogs pooping and peeing IN and around the buildings. For that reason, I can't recommend moving here right now. If asked 6+ months ago this would have been a 9.

hallways smell of weed, trash and animals. Need air freshner. And the floor/ceiling is not insulated for noise very well
