I love living at the Marq. I think everything holds good quality from appartments, common areas, surroundings and personnel. The location on top of the Ridge with the view over Crabtree Valley and the open areas between the complexes creates a Nice sunfilled and airy environment. I will recommend it to everyone I meet.

I love this community as a pet owner. This has been my favorite residence since moving to the state in 2012. My dogs enjoy the community more than the home we were in. My unit fits my needs. The community fits my needs.

This community was close to shopping, entertainment, expressways, restaurants and recreation. The Leasing team was friendly, and the rates were reasonable for the area.

The location is great and hard to beat. I can get to most places I need to in 10-20 minutes. The facilities are well kept and everyone is generally very polite. When I first moved in there were occasional resident events that really helped me get to know some of my neighbors but I haven't noticed many in the past few months and I've noticed several new neighbors in my building so it would be nice to get to know them better. With so many pet owners in the community, it would be nice to have playdates from time to time if there was a space for it. I would consider those "nice to have" amenities but overall I've had a wonderful experience here.
