The community seems very quiet and well behaved. The people seem respectful of one another.

As stated before, we understand you don't pick our neighbors. We're not blaming you for them. But it certainly doesn't encourage us to promote the property.

The maintenance staff is amazing. I had a bitter experience at the referral and would not again refer anyone here. I referred my friend who came and is renting home here now. I was told initially at leasing office that you provide referral goodies. When I went to leasing office after my friend joined the community, I was chided and sort of rudely told off that referral fees are illegal and we dont do it. I earn well enough and I was not even expecting fees but some sort of marquis goodies or even a note of thank you for getting someone live at the complex. The guy at office who sort of has a limp in his walk and is fair with a goatee was the one who spoke sort of rude. I miss having Pam who was an amazing cheerful woman working at Marquis before.

great location, reasonable rates, quiet, comfortable, beautiful complex.

Communication is lacking from new office staff.
Parking situation on our end of the complex is bad and parking spots aren't really enforced.

The community was very well maintained. The property was impeccable. They had ongoing activities for the residents living in the community. The playground was nice for children. The movie theater was an added bonus. Residents are also able to rent movies at anytime.

The office staff needs to be more thorough with daily tasks such as putting residents on the spray list and actually checking to make sure packages are delivered instead of just signing for packages when they may not actually have been delivered.

Unfortunately, I have not had a positive experience overall living in this apartment community. I cannot afford the nicer apartment communities, but do not feel that I am getting my money's worth from this one either.

The community and the amenities were nice and inviting. The leasing agent was pleasant and down to earth, but did not put too much effort into their selling of the property.

It depends on the type of person - location is good, a bit pricey compared to some newer places.

Cost rising after living here awhile.

The staff is professional and attentive. The leasing professional have a rapport with the residents unlike I've seen before. The apartments have a unique floor plan that can meet the needs for an individual or a family.

This community was very much above average and was well located. The community was close to local stores and other amenities.

It really feels like home

It's a great location- 40 and 540 very close, as well as the new Park West subdivision with shops right down the road. Office staff always nice and willing to help where they can.
