The leasing professional that I worked with was enthusiastic and easy to work with. The community was quiet and well maintained. They offered some amenities that others did not, such as a 24 hour business center and movie theater. The rates that I was given were competitive for the area and a good value. I would be very happy calling the community home and referring my friends and family to the property.

I would lease with this community without hesitation. The leasing consultant was professional and came across sincere. The amenities outweighed the rental rate and the apartments were very spacious.

Lack of care to how apartment buildings look, messy neighbors, dog waste.

When I walked in, I was expecting a higher price for an apartment. I did not expect, and was pleasantly surprised at the high level of community amenities. I was told that the community was twenty years old; it appeared to have been well kept. The community had more than I expected and I think a real customer would seriously consider moving there.

I had a great experience during my tour, the leasing agent was outstanding. She was upbeat and personable. She went above and beyond to ensure I would be satisfied with my final selection and diligently work to make it happen.

The community was well maintained and they were doing improvements to the exterior retaining walls. The amenities were well maintained and the office and apartment were very clean. I would refer someone to live there. The leasing professional did his job well and answered my questions professionally.

I had a wonderful experience touring this community. The amenities were everything I desired. I was excited to see they had a racquetball court. I would use it all the time. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They made me feel extremely comfortable, and without second thought, I would recommend Marquis at Silverton to my friends and family that were looking for an apartment.

The community and its amenities were beautiful. I received tons of needed information regarding the rental rates and criteria. The apartments were renovated beautifully.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to live around the Raleigh/Cary/Morrisville area. It is a great location, safe, and good price for the area. I would not recommend it for college age kids. Which would be a plus for me.

We think it is the normal for apartment living. Too many inconsiderate neighbor tenants when it comes to noise, leaving garbage outside the door which draws pests and is very unpleasant to look at. We are in our sixties (60) and take our garbage to the dumpster so there is no reason other tenants can not do the same?! Also we try very hard to be "noise conscious" but that is not the case from other tenants to date that we have experienced?!

I would recommend this community. I liked the location. The leasing professional was friendly and provided me with an informative presentation.
