I think you have a good group of people working for you but again I think more needs to be done in the area of the gym and the interior of the apartments.

Get what you pay for and neighbors are polite.

The community management paid total attention to detail. Everything was spotless. The desks were immaculate, as were the grounds and the vacant apartment I viewed. Even the driveways were free of leaves, and even though I did not spot it, the manager stopped the cart and picked up a plastic straw.

This is a very nice apartment community with good amenities and rental prices.

The community was absolutely gorgeous and I felt welcomed when I was approached. I was impressed with how nice the agent was (Jennifer Warren) , given all of the traffic that came into the office. I enjoyed my time with Jennifer and would love to come back and visit. She is a great asset to the community.

The community had a nice curb appeal. The amenities were valuable, and the apartment features were nice, but the closet space was too small. The kiosk was a nice feature for residents, and the maintenance policy was exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. I would recommend the community to my family and friends.

it is smaller than other apartment homes, quieter. Exterior could be kept a little cleaner (some residents throw garbage in the parking areas from their cars).

Too pricey

The property showed well. The amenities were limited.

If they would fix the pool issue or hire someone to clean it more often I would recommend this place to anyone that I knew.

Very well kept community

The staff was really nice and I could tell that they were willing to make sure that the residents were taken care. The community had a sense of home and the apartment felt like a home.

I would have leased in the community, the staff was very pleasant and the community was very nice and clean, as well as pleasant and quiet.

Not because of the staff, but because of the feel of the community. As stated before...the residents are not very friendly here.

The leasing agent was very helpful. She was very thorough in terms of what the community had to offer.
