single elevator a negative...the number of carts/baskets is insufficient

The community was in a great location and close to everything. The leasing agent was really nice and knowledgeable. I looked at the one bedroom model and it was very nice. They have a lot of great amenities. The rent was higher than I thought it should be for that area, but a garage parking space was included in the price instead of being an additional charge.

I expected some day to day living noise being in an apartment building but I would not suggest anyone paying this much when it is as noisy as it is even on the top floor. I have already advised a mid-aged couple who are friends who are looking for a quiet, luxury apartment that I find this place to extremely loud for the rent paid.

I do not appreciate the late night snow removal as I am trying to sleep. It typically doesnt even begin until 9 or 10pm so I constantly hear the beeping of the trucks backing up, people doing the snow removal are outside yelling to one another and my dog barks like crazy becuse of all the noise. It find it extremely disrespectful of residents, especially on weeknights. It would be great if I could actually get some sleep before having to go to work instead of being awake until 12-1am because of this.

I really enjoyed the community, especially the retail on the main floor with residential on top. The pool area felt like a resort. The fitness area overlooked the pool. The community area had a shuffleboard and pool table, couches, and TVs. I really liked all of the community areas that I could enjoy as a resident.

I thought the amenities were fantastic. The amenities were up to date and modern. The location was very convenient. I would have been proud to call this home.
