Very nice apartment with great ammenities

The leasing agent was very outgoing and seemed to know everyone in the building.

Too expensive for what you get, and not as safe as other areas.

Security is atrocious and must be rectified.

only one elevator at this end of bldg a pain. good snow removal. like our neighbors. good mix of residents young and older and diversity

I don’t think I would tell pet owners to move in. Single busy professionals who mind there own business would love this place.

I have recommended this apartment many times and there have been 2 residents that have moved in due to my recommendation. I love the atmosphere at this location and have had nothing but positive experiences from the day I toured the location. Onyx is a great place to live. You can be as involved as you wish and there are always fun activities happening that engage everyone. I really appreciate it all.

This was a beautiful property surrounded by South Dale, grocery, and restaurants.

All of the above. The Onyx team is dynamic and has excelled in creating a living environment that is difficult to replicate or compete with. It is not about the value for rent paid. It is much more than that because the atmosphere, sense of community and camaraderie they create is priceless.
